The objectives of establishing Muzium Telekom are as the education centre for telecommunication history in Malaysia and as a tourist attraction. This is in tandem with Malaysian’s government vision that all corporate bodies should contribute to sports development, education, society welfares and country’s cultures and customs

• Planning, conducting and managing regular and temporary exhibitions at Muzium Telekom Galleries for education on Malaysian’s heritage, culture and nature.

• Preparing and managing the whole of Telekom Malaysia building’s facilities for tourists’ comfort and convenience.
